JCI Fingal Friendly Business Awards Celebrate Fingal Businesses

Friday, 8th September 2017. The JCI Fingal Friendly Business Awards was hosted in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport last night. The highly anticipated event saw twenty businesses from the Fingal area compete in seven categories ranging from; Customer Care, Disability Access, Digital Experience, Eco-Friendliness, Shop Layout & Design, Community Impact and Overall Winner. The 2017 Dublin Rose Maria Coughlan presented the Overall Winner Award to Hope Beer last night. Other businesses awarded last night included; La Boulangerie Francaise, Neola Apparel, Gilbert & Wright Malahide, Old Street, Hope Beer & Seomra Tae.

JCI Fingal were honoured to host guests from across the political spectrum, The Mayor of Fingal Cllr Mary McCamley, Deputy Mayor of Fingal Cllr Adrian Henchy, Alan Farrell TD Fine Gael, Senator Lorraine Clifford Lee Fianna Fáil and many councillors attended the ceremony. Young Entrepreneur Garret Flower, CEO ParkPnP and Co-Founder Krust Bakery inspired and entertained guests with his keynote speech and humour.
Conor Daly, President of JCI Fingal said, ‘The evening was a huge success for JCI Fingal and we are very grateful to our three sponsors Bank of Ireland, Fingal County Council and The Radisson Blu Hotel. Small to medium businesses deserve recognition for when they go that extra mile and we are delighted to have been able to reward their efforts.’
The awards ceremony was proudly sponsored by Bank of Ireland, Fingal County Council and the Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin Airport. The JCI Fingal Friendly Business Awards was taken to new heights this year with additional sponsors and a full formal awards ceremony. Guests enjoyed a canapé and prosecco reception on the night, offering a fantastic opportunity to meet and greet others in the Fingal area.

JCI Fingal are a local chapter within JCI Ireland. JCI is an international youth network that encourages personal and professional development. Through organising the annual JCI Fingal Friendly Business Awards, JCI Fingal seeks to recognise, promote, and reward the vital role small and medium businesses play in the local economy. This awards ceremony is about rewarding businesses that go the extra mile and provide an outstanding service to their customers and their community at large
